There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a third double bedroom which can be either a twin or double. The 4th bedroom will accommodate another adult or 2 children. There is a large additional bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a range cooker, washing machine, drier, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a kitchen table and chairs, and a sofa at one end of the spacious kitchen, for more casual dining. |

The lounge is a good size with comfortable seating and large
screen TV. It also has great views over the harbour and its own
balcony. The garden has a barbeque which is available for those barmy Summer nights. Unfortunately you have to provide your own fuel! The dining room can accommodate up to 7/8 people. |

The balcony ensures that you can relax and enjoy those
harbour activities and the coming and going of the sailing
boats. The double garage ensures that your car(s) are well protected and secure. |

Notes
1, The property will come equipped with bedding, linen and towels. However, no fresh linen will be supplied during your stay. There is a washing machine and drier available.2, The property is no smoking however, you are free to smoke outside.
3, For Winter lets between October and March inclusive an additional £25 per week will be charged to cover heating.
